PAYMENT PROCESS, PRICES AND FEES

Currently, payment at GETBOOST3D is possible in three ways:
- by bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (a cash on delivery surcharge of 15.00 euros applies)
- via Coinbase (crypto)

The prices listed in our shop (shown in euros) are final prices – meaning they include all taxes and other fees. Only shipping costs apply (see "How much are shipping costs?").

No. When paying by bank transfer, the transfer must be made in advance; we will ship the goods after receipt of payment. Of course, we will issue an invoice for each purchase.

The shipping costs depend on the country to which the goods are to be delivered and the purchase value of the goods.

The delivery process only starts after receipt of payment (exception: cash on delivery). From then on, the delivery time is usually

We strive to ship promptly. If for any reason we are unable to ship an ordered item immediately, we will notify you immediately so you don't wait in vain. If you do NOT receive such information from us and the item you ordered still does not arrive within a reasonable delivery period, you can do the following:

We send an order confirmation after every order. If you haven't received one, it's very likely that we haven't initiated delivery. In this case, please contact us and provide all relevant information (order date, selected product, selected payment method).Check payment
Please ensure that you have paid the full price for your order. Until we receive your payment, no delivery will be made.Check tracking data
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email. Using this information (tracking number), you can check the status of your shipment with the shipping service provider at any time. For delivery delays that are the responsibility of the shipping service provider,
we cannot accept any liability.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the product, there may be two reasons:
- There is a material defect in the goods.
- There is no material defect in the goods, but you had a different idea.
In the former case (e.g., if the product's expiration date has passed), you are entitled to have the defect rectified or to a refund under the German Civil Code (BGB). You can then return the product to us free of charge and receive a refund of the purchase price.
In the latter case, you can also return the goods to us free of charge, and we will refund you the purchase price in the same way – provided the goods are still undamaged (i.e. have not been opened, used or damaged).

No. We create DHL return labels—with such a label, you can drop off your package free of charge at the nearest DHL branch.

We process returns twice a week. Once we have registered a return, it may take 3–4 business days for the refund to be processed. A maximum of approximately 7 business days can pass before the return process is completed and the money is refunded.

It is not possible to return opened or partially opened goods (and to request a refund of the purchase price) unless the goods have a material defect that was not visible from the outside and only became apparent after opening or trying the goods.

In the case of defective goods, we are subject to a statutory warranty for a period of two years from delivery – this means you have two years to return the goods to us. (But in your own interest, you shouldn't wait that long!)
If the goods are in perfect condition, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

No, we don't offer a warranty (even for an additional fee) because we don't manufacture the products we sell ourselves. If you want to know whether a specific product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty (!), please read the packaging label or visit the manufacturer's website.
